  1. I saw one of these Safe Injection Sites/Needle Exchanges in Madrid last year and that was the first time I ever knew that these facilities existed. Pull your head out of the worm hole USA!
    I have also been to two methadone clinics (although I was only briefly inside one of them before I was asked to leave because I was not a patient. One did not even allow you to smoke around the entrance area). They were both unmarked and pretty secretive. I pass by one all the time and never even knew it was there until a few years ago. Interesting…

  2. They do tend to keep these places pretty under the radar. That’s interesting that the methadone clinic asked you to leave. I wonder what they want to protect?
